It's been great having a whole week of healthy family members. Long may it last...
Brooke had her friend Daneka sleepover on Friday night. They're best friends at school, and both were super excited about the whole sleepover thing. I decided to use my crafty skills for good, and created a special themed dinner for the girls. Fish, chips and mini hot dogs, served in mermaid trays and mini french fry containers. Each girl had their own photo on the chippie packet. I provided a wee salad in a cupcake mould, but as you can imagine that hardly got touched.
They LOVED it, and I have to say I'm pretty chuffed with how the trays & containers turned out. The girls also baked M&M cookies the following day. Each got to decorate their own row of cookies, and even Elisa did a great job with it. All in all, they had a blast, and now Brooke will go to Daneka's for a sleepover in the 2nd week of the holidays.
