Definitely a Regan joke.
Sounds like the very strange "knock knock" jokes Ryan is trying to tell. Goes something like this:
R: Knock knock
Me: Who's there?
R: Car that went round the corner and then the dog ran over the road and crashed, ha ha ha ha!
Weird.....
ROFL. Brooke and Ryan have obviously been colluding. Maybe they'll understand each other. :D
