Brooke has had a couple of friends sleepover, and Elisa has had sleepovers with Logan here and there too. I went as parent help for Brooke's school trip to MOTAT (Museum of Transport and Technology) on the 15th. It was a really educational day where even I learnt something. Their focus this trip was on communication and how it's changed. I took lots of photos of the old cameras, typewriters, phonographs and telephones, which I intend to scrap at some point. I've been tossing around ideas in my head all week, but haven't come up with a visualisation of how I want it yet, except the fact I want it to show how the items have developed over my lifetime.
Poor Elisa must be either still catching up on missed sleep, or due to come down with something. She's been in SUCH a grizzly mood today, at every little thing. She had a major melt down this morning over brushing her teeth - so bad I had to send her to bed for a bit till she calmed down. The rest of the day didn't really fare much better. We had Logan here (he stayed last night), and the two of them who usually play so well together, just pushed each others buttons all day. Logan would do something little, or just say something, and Elisa would be bawling her eyes out like it's the end of the world. She had a forced sleep this afternoon, but it was only for an hour, and I can't say her manner improved any once she woke. I'm debating whether to send her to kindy tomorrow or not now - unsure if it'll be too much for her. We'll make that decision in the morning. Can I just say I'll be glad when she's asleep in bed tonight.
I've done a few layouts, but not nearly as much as I used to - I'm definitely having less time at the computer in the evenings, which is a good thing. It didn't help that I had to set my computer back to factory settings due to trojan viruses and stuff either. You can find all these layouts in my Sweet Shoppe Gallery.

And this is at my Log Your Memory Gallery:

Hope it's only a one-off bad day for Elisa. Only a few pages but all very different and all interesting to read.
Beautiful pages as always Jacinda, and so very true about being able to stay home and be there when they need you. It really is a blessing to be able to stay with our children!
Gorgeous pages!
