Cross country

I hated cross country when I was a kid. Not least for the fact that I always came last. I considered it cruel and unusual punishment to be made to run just for the sake of it. Fast forward 30 odd years, and now I'm watching my own daughter do it. She didn't enjoy it last year, and I was worried how she would go this year. No parent wants their kid to come last. My fears were in vain though, because she put in an outstanding effort to come about 9th (I think). My layout describes how I felt...

Talk about being a proud Mum!

I finally sent away my 2009 Project 365 album to get printed. I had to do two last pages for the inside front cover and inside back cover. This is what I came up with:

Yay! I'm so excited to see how it turns out. I'm having trouble linking the layouts today. They are all in my DST , TDC or SSD galleries.

I cannot pick a favourite!! They are all so good. The kits you have used are wonderful and the ways you have used them are clean, colourful and pretty. The wallet shape is very apt. Of course I always love your journaling. And most of us will relate to your feelings about cross country runs.

I really love the cross country layout. I like how you circled her in the big picture, and your shadows are perfect!

I love your pages. Could you tell me where you get your pages printed. I am about to get my 2009 P365 pages done and I stuck as to who I should use.

Tamara, I sent you a PM from The Digichick. I print with www.myreflections.com.au.

Thanks Jacinda. I have been giving them consideration so I might just have to work out how to allow space for binding and go for it.
